Stress busting – staff survey results
January 27, 2010 - 19:02 — adminAt the ‘Fit City’ event last week, staff were asked to complete a Unison stress buster survey. The results are below, as well as staff tips to help keep your stress levels low!
Is stress necessary to get the job done?
While some of you felt that a small amount of stress helped provide a challenge, a massive 80% of employees said ‘no’ – stress is not necessary to get the job done.
Can you think of one way to possibly reduce stress?
