New Environmental Officer appointed

The Norwich City Unison branch is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Cotton as the new Environmental Officer. The branch agreed at the AGM earlier this year to create the position to demonstrate our commitment to environmental issues.
Chris’s main duties will include:
- advising the branch on ways to improve the environmental impact of its work
- acting as a source of information and point of contact for members interested in environmental issues
- assisting with co-ordination of environmental campaigns
- bringing environmental issues which affect members and the workplace to the attention of the branch
- working on environmental issues on behalf of the branch
